Account.kp.org is our 24-hour web-based account management system. It allows you to:

  • Manage members by enrolling, terminating, and updating group membership.
  • Manage payments by making one-time payments, setting up or managing recurring payments, and viewing payment history and transaction details.
  • View and print premium payment invoices.
  • Order ID cards.
  • Manage email notification preferences for e-receipt and bill notifications.
  • View group documents and forms.

Employer & Broker Services

Employer & Broker Services (EBS) is a specialized support team established to improve our customers’ experience.  If you need assistance, our team of specialists can work with you to quickly resolve any escalated service issues. We can assist with any operational requests including (but not limited to) the following:

  • Access to care, Referral/Authorization
  • Benefit and claim payment concerns
  • Other resolved matters, discrepancies, or issues
