Implementing Dual Choice PPO
A Kaiser Permanente Installation Consultant will be assigned to your group. This consultant will be your main point of contact for all installation questions, and acts to resolve any issues that could interfere with a timely implementation. Following the commencement of group set up activities, you will be transitioned to your on-going account management team.
Onboarding your group
All groups that select Dual Choice PPO are built into the Kaiser Permanente system.
The three major milestones that are monitored are:
- Rates and benefits set up and validated in the KP systems
- Eligibility is loaded timely and accurately so members can access services on the effective date
- ID cards are mailed prior to the effective date
Welcome new employees/members
We value your business and our new Dual Choice PPO members. You can be confident we’ll strive to ensure your members understand plan features and can take advantage of its benefits. Onboarding includes:
- Comprehensive new member welcome guide
- An onboarding call from customer specialists
- New employees/members can call our help line for any questions, from accessing care to transferring prescriptions
