• Mail order prescriptions are available through the Kaiser Permanente Mail Order Pharmacy. Call us at 1-800-548-9809 (TTY 711), 24 hours a day, and have the medicine mailed to you or available for pick up at any medical office.*

Through our collaboration with The Portland Clinic, you also have access to 6 additional medical offices throughout the Portland metro area. Costs are the same for covered services whether you seek care from Kaiser Permanente or The Portland Clinic, and services not offered by The Portland Clinic can be performed at Kaiser Permanente facilities. For First Choice Health, First Health Network, or Out-of-Network health care:
